Customer Service Agreement

This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MyOutlet (“Service Provider”) and any business entity or individual registering as a Store/Outlet Owner (“Customer”).

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms under which MyOutlet provides digital infrastructure and support services to customers (store/outlet owners) for managing food orders via QR-based web menus, primarily accessible through subdomains (e.g., your-restaurant.myoutlet.app).

2. Scope of Services

MyOutlet agrees to provide the following core services:

  • Table-based QR code assignment
  • A web-based interface to manage:
    • Menus and pricing
    • Basic analytics/reporting
  • Hosting for each store via a unique subdomain
  • Order Logs and Real-time syncing
  • Basic customer support and onboarding assistance

Note: MyOutlet is not responsible for data sync delays or errors caused by user-side configuration or network issues.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business, menu, and pricing information
  • Securely manage account access
  • Avoid misuse of customer data collected via the platform
  • Comply with local food safety, tax, and compliance regulations
  • Ensure QR codes are printed and placed correctly at their location

4. Service Availability

MyOutlet will aim for 99% uptime, excluding planned maintenance.

5. Support Terms

  • Support is available via email or chat on working days between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Feature updates or bug reports may take 1–3 business days to triage

6. Limitation of Liability

MyOutlet shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data due to user misconfigurations or manual edits
  • Customer losses from order delays or QR misplacement
  • Any downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party APIs
  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform

7. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days' notice.

Upon termination:

  • Outlet data may be deleted after 30 days
  • Subdomain access will be disabled
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to export or save data before deactivation

8. Confidentiality

All proprietary business data uploaded to MyOutlet will be treated confidentially and not shared with unauthorized third parties unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
