These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyOutlet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) available at www.myoutlet.app and its subdomains (e.g., `your-restaurant.myoutlet.app`). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the MyOutlet web app and all subdomains.
- User: Any individual accessing the platform (includes both outlet owners and customers).
- Outlet Owner: A user who creates and manages a food outlet through MyOutlet.
- Customer: A user who accesses a store subdomain to view menus and place orders.
2. Account Registration
- Outlet Owners must register a Google account to manage their outlet.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate and current information. Misuse may lead to account termination.
3. Services Offered
- Outlet Owners can create and manage outlets, menus, and orders via a dedicated dashboard.
- Customers can view menus and place orders by scanning QR codes assigned to tables.
- We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You must not:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
- Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without permission
- Upload harmful content or misinformation
5. Content Ownership
- Outlet Owners retain ownership of their content (menus, branding, images) but grant MyOutlet a non-exclusive license to display, modify, and host it for platform purposes.
- MyOutlet owns all rights to the platform design, code, branding, and interface.
6. Payments and Fees
- MyOutlet may charge subscription fees or commissions in the future. These will be communicated in advance.
- Any third-party payment integrations (e.g., UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe) are subject to their own terms.
- We are not responsible for payment failures or refund disputes between customers and outlet owners.
7. Data and Privacy
- Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Outlet owners may access limited data of their customers for fulfilling orders.
- Misuse of customer data (e.g., for spam or resale) is strictly prohibited.
8. Platform Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may temporarily disable the platform for maintenance or upgrades.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Legal obligations require us to do so
Outlet data may be deleted upon termination after a reasonable period.
10. Disclaimers
- We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee it will meet your needs.
- We are not liable for issues like lost data, missed orders, or damages resulting from misuse.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOutlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
You will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
